Data Deletion
Last updated September 2026
You can ask us to delete your Adkyte data at any time. This page explains what we delete and how to request it — including data we received from Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
Disconnect first
In Adkyte, open Integrations and disconnect Meta and Google, and disconnect Google Calendar from the Calendar tab (for each business) if you connected it. To be sure access has ended everywhere, also remove Adkyte in Facebook under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, and in your Google Account under Third-party apps & services.
If your plan has ended and you can no longer open your dashboard, remove Adkyte in Facebook and Google as above, or email us and we’ll disconnect it for you.
Request deletion by email
To delete your account and data, email brayden.miles@hotmail.com from the address on your account with the subject “Data deletion request”. We confirm the request and complete deletion within 30 days.
If you enquired with a business that uses Adkyte, email us the mobile number you used and we’ll delete your details from Adkyte and let the business know.
What we delete
Your account and profile; connected ad-account tokens and identifiers; businesses, campaigns and rules you created; leads stored in your pipeline; uploaded photos, footage and generated video ads; and AI/creative memory tied to your account.
We do not delete data that lives in your own Meta, Instagram or Google accounts — you control that directly in those platforms. We also do not delete the ads themselves from your ad account unless you ask; disconnecting simply stops Adkyte from accessing or managing them.
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) data
When you disconnect Meta, we revoke our access token and stop accessing your Meta data. On account deletion we remove the Meta data we stored (such as ad-account IDs, Page and Pixel references, and cached performance metrics). If you only want to revoke Adkyte’s access without deleting your account, you can also remove Adkyte from your Facebook settings under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations.
What we may retain
We may keep a limited amount of information where the law requires it (for example, basic billing and tax records), and anonymised, aggregated statistics that no longer identify you. Anything retained is kept only as long as necessary and remains protected.
Timeline & confirmation
Deletion requests are completed within 30 days, and we’ll email you to confirm once it’s done. Questions about a request: brayden.miles@hotmail.com.
