Privacy Policy

Last updated June 2026

Adkyte (“we”, “us”) helps service businesses run Facebook, Instagram and Google advertising. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Adkyte you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account information — your name, email and password when you create an account.

Business details — the business name, industry, service area, phone and website you provide to build campaigns.

Advertising account data — when you connect Meta or Google, we access your ad accounts, Pages, Pixels and performance data (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions) to create and optimise your campaigns. We request the minimum permissions needed.

Lead data — contact details (name, email, phone) and answers submitted by people who respond to your ads or landing pages, which we store in your pipeline on your behalf.

Usage & device data — basic logs, cookies and analytics needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

To create, launch, optimise and report on your advertising campaigns; to deliver leads into your pipeline; to provide support; to keep the service secure; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

The Meta Pixel and conversion data

If you connect a Meta Pixel, our hosted landing pages and lead pipeline may send events (such as “Lead” and “converted lead”) to your Meta dataset so your campaigns can optimise for results. Where required, contact identifiers are hashed before transmission. You control which Pixel is connected and can disconnect it at any time.

Service providers

We share data only with the providers needed to run Adkyte: Meta Platforms and Google (advertising), our hosting and database provider (Supabase), and infrastructure/email vendors. Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.

Data retention

We keep your account and campaign data for as long as your account is active, and lead data for as long as you need it in your pipeline. You can delete leads and campaigns at any time, and request deletion of your account by contacting us.

Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections, access controls and secrets management. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these, contact us at the address below.

Children

Adkyte is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
