Terms of Service

Adkyte helps you create, manage and optimise advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta and Google, and captures leads on your behalf. You are responsible for the campaigns, budgets, offers and claims you run through the service.

Adkyte is offered to businesses in Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Ireland. You must follow the advertising, consumer, privacy and marketing laws of the places where you run ads and contact customers, including the rules on texting people and on the claims you make.

You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and be authorised to connect any advertising accounts you link. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Ad spend is billed by the advertising platforms (Meta, Google) directly to the payment method on your connected account — not by Adkyte. You are responsible for that spend. Adkyte never launches a campaign or raises a budget without your approval. Meta and Google may spend more than a daily budget on some days, within their own weekly or monthly limits.

You agree not to use Adkyte for unlawful, deceptive, or prohibited advertising, or in violation of the policies of Meta, Google or other connected platforms. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your use of connected platforms is also governed by their terms and advertising policies. Adkyte is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Meta Platforms, Inc. or Google LLC.

Paid plans renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

If your first plan starts with free days, it becomes the paid plan automatically when they end unless you cancel before then. Cancel during the free days and you are not charged. Free days are once per card: a card that has already had them on another Adkyte account starts its plan straight away. During the free days, automatic texts are limited to 20.

Advertising results vary and are not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you are outside Australia, nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your own country that can’t be excluded by agreement. We do not provide legal, financial or tax advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adkyte is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or advertising spend, arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
