Terms of Service
Last updated June 2026
These terms govern your use of Adkyte. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Adkyte helps you create, manage and optimise advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta and Google, and captures leads on your behalf. You are responsible for the campaigns, budgets, offers and claims you run through the service.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and be authorised to connect any advertising accounts you link. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Advertising spend
Ad spend is billed by the advertising platforms (Meta, Google) directly to the payment method on your connected account — not by Adkyte. You are responsible for that spend. Adkyte’s automation never increases your budget without your settings allowing it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Adkyte for unlawful, deceptive, or prohibited advertising, or in violation of the policies of Meta, Google or other connected platforms. We may suspend accounts that do.
Platform compliance
Your use of connected platforms is also governed by their terms and advertising policies. Adkyte is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Meta Platforms, Inc. or Google LLC.
Subscription and cancellation
Paid plans renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Disclaimers
Adkyte is provided “as is”. Advertising results vary and are not guaranteed. We do not provide legal, financial or tax advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adkyte is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or advertising spend, arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
